Economic Development - Training
Louisa County supports extensive workforce training programs. The programs can be offered on site or at the Louisa County High School training centers. The high school offers two and three year vocational programs, as well as evening classes for adults.

Business training programs can be aided by or planned and executed by Louisa County Public Schools, Piedmont Virginia Community College, J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Paul D. Camp Community College and the Virginia Department of Business Assistance.

Employers and Job Seekers can visit the Louisa Employment Center at the Sage Building, 115 Jefferson Highway in Louisa 540-967-6095. "The One Stop Solution for Job Seekers and Employers" offering resume writing skills, how to conduct first-rate interviews, available options for employment here in Louisa, computer training classes and much more.
